NH Nonghyup Insurance Digital Transformation (In Progress)

A customer-centric digital channel transformation (DT) program for NH Nonghyup Property & Casualty Insurance, building an integrated platform so customers can complete the full journey from enrollment to contract management and claims without visiting a branch.
