NH Nonghyup Insurance Digital Transformation (In Progress)

A customer-centric digital transformation (DT) project for NH Nonghyup Property & Casualty Insurance, building digital channels that let customers intuitively handle the entire journey from browsing insurance products to enrollment, contract management, and claims. Based on Vue.js and JavaScript ES6, we implemented a user-centered UI/UX and responsive screens, redesigning complex insurance tasks into a consistent digital experience that anyone can use with ease.
